Payment Methods

Payment can be made through the website using the PayPal checkout with a credit, debit card, PayPal account or by direct bank transfer to Fitch & McAndrew or by UK cheque.

Delivery

UK deliveries will be made with Royal Mail or APC depending on the size of the parcel. Overseas deliveries will be made with the most economical carrier at the time of despatch.

For multiple orders there may be a small surcharge for postage depending on the parcel size, we will be in touch of this is the case, we always use the most economical despatch method at the time.

If you are within the UK and would like to collect a pot from the workshop please click the collection option at the checkout.

Fitch and McAndrew cannot be held responsible for any duties or charges incurred due to customs rules.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your contract by giving us notice before you receive the goods or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please contact us through the contact form or telephone 07789735398.

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, just send them back to us (unused and undamaged with the original packaging) within 28 days and we’ll refund or replace them. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods once we receive the goods back from you at our premises.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition or without the original packaging then we may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach our premises. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or other means of verifying carriage to our premises when returning any part of you order.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
